The group\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">of people affected the most were youth aged 18 to 30 years old who cannot find a job or\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">any educational opportunity. The EU observed that the numbers of youth who are not\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">working, making training or studying are rapidly increasing and decided to create a new\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">term to first recognize this group and then to take action. Youth Not in Education,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Employment and Training (so on called NEETs) will be our main focus during the \u201cThe<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">golden cage\u201d seminar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The aim of \u201cThe golden cage\u201d is to share experiences, knowledge and exchange good\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">practices for the creation and management of socio-educational activities which directly\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">support the NEETs and achieve the highest possible impact for them and their local<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">communities. The project targets skills development for youth workers and competences<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">that will assist them to improve their daily work. The objectives of \u201cThe golden cage\u201d are:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; to create the proper environment which will enhance the common understanding among\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">22 youth workers, the sharing of good practices and the understanding of the theoretical\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">background youth work services for NEETs require.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 to analyse data and information on national and European strategies for NEETs and\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">form a recommendation document with specific suggestions for youth organizations in\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">order to make use of all the accessible programs and resources to face the needs of their<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">target groups in NEET.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 to develop at least 4 innovative, solution based, youth work tools, using non-formal\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">learning, and ready to be used for benefiting the target group during the activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; to build a follow up process which will result to further cooperation between the 9 partner\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">organizations and will increase the impact of this project until the end of the project.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seminar The golden cage- Italy<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":78,"featured_media":2864,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_kad_post_transparent":"","_kad_post_title":"","_kad_post_layout":"","_kad_post_sidebar_id":"","_kad_post_content_style":"","_kad_post_vertical_padding":"","_kad_post_feature":"","_kad_post_feature_position":"","_kad_post_header":false,"_kad_post_footer":false,"_kad_post_classname":""},"categories":[],"tipo_accion":[10],"class_list":["post-2865","acciones","type-acciones","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tipo_accion-cursos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
