Eramus+ GengerENDers DAY OUT !!!
\nWe mingle with the locals and learnt about the genders\u2019 spectrum while we discover a very cute little spanish town!!<\/p>\n

1-Gymkana- the participants are divided by groups to stroll around a beautiful labyrinth town to find the words and their definitions.<\/p>\n

We have a beach picnic followed by a walk along the cliffs to end by an amazing view point by the ermitage. Over there we play Boal\u2019s theatre of the oppressed<\/p>\n

2-REVELATIONS OF SANTA TERESA<\/p>\n

Participants partner up.They have to decide: Gender, age (no kids age), where are they going to meet, state of couple, how long they have been together.<\/p>\n

Separate and walk the space individually. Facilitate creating the character a little: how this person walks, breathe, what in their head, what are their passions, whats in their heart, how is their daily life, their sexuality. Give it a little time while walking and then ask: think about a revelation that is going to change their lives and the relationship is not going to be the same again. Give some time and ask them to stop walking when they come up with the revelation.<\/p>\n

Say: This is how is going to happen, first you will meet at the place you decided. You are a couple you know each other, do couple things, a little chat. After some time I will say \u201cFirst revelation\u201d and the first revelation will come out, naturally, you don\u2019t have to agree on turns, There would be a reaction to it and after a while I will say \u201csecond revelation\u201d and it will be done. there will be a reaction and find a possible solution.<\/p>\n

Once it is done shake the role out, step out of the role actively and in a circle ask every couple to share what were they and what happened.<\/p>\n

Reflection: According to Boal this exercise is to reveal taboos and stereotypes still existing in society. Question: Are this the taboos in our society? why?<\/p>\n
